You have just purchased your Navistep tracking device. We can import all your previous tracks into Navistep to enrich your journey from the very start.
The files you provide containing your previous routes must use one of these formats: CSV or .GPX. (For .CSV files, use the format date;latitude;longitude). Files must meet these requirements to be accepted.
Cost of importing your previous tracks into Navistep: €21 including VAT
To activate and pay for this service, go to the registration page and click the link Already registered: manage your subscription and services. After signing in, you will be able to use the payment button for the .GPX or .CSV import service.
From the email address associated with your Navistep account, send your .GPX or .CSV file as an attachment to importation@navistep.net.
Once payment has been verified and we have received your email with the .GPX or .CSV file attached, we will process your request as quickly as possible.
